Instantly. As soon as your payment succeeds, the card code and PIN appear in your order details inside the Giftu app, along with step-by-step redemption instructions.
You can pay with Mada, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through a secure Saudi payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted end to end.
Delivered digital gift cards are final sale, except as required by law or in cases of technical error by Giftu. Contact support if your order has a problem.

Yes — GiftU for Shops gives a spa, clinic, salon, or gym a full gift-voucher system with no technology of its own: you set the voucher values, the system generates every code, you sell at your counter or from your own shop page on giftu.io, and you redeem the code at the counter. Request a demo to discuss your shop’s needs and agree the commercial details with our team before launch.
Giftu is available for iPhone on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. Visit giftu.io/download on your phone and it will take you to the right store.
Yes. Campaign discounts are applied automatically across the catalog — you will see the original and discounted price side by side while browsing, in the cart, and at checkout.
Every card comes with numbered, step-by-step redemption instructions for its brand — open your order details and follow the steps to redeem the code on the brand’s store or platform.
