How it works

From your application to the first voucher redeemed in your shop.

    Apply online

    Verify your phone, tell us about your shop, upload your commercial documents, add the voucher values you want to offer, and submit the application for review.

    Set your values, the system generates the codes

    You pick the voucher values in SAR and choose a validity period or no expiry at all. You request the quantity you want, and the system generates every code itself — no code can be typed in by hand, and a code does nothing until it is sold.

    Sell at the counter or from your shop page

    A counter sale produces a link and a QR code you hand straight to the customer — the link is the delivery. If they buy from your shop page instead, they pay themselves and get the link the moment payment succeeds.

    Redeem at the counter in two steps

    Type the code (scanning the QR is optional), see the voucher value and validity, and confirm. A voucher is used once for its full value, and the action is written to its record.

Your own sales page at a fixed address, Arabic-first and built for the phone. Customers reach it from a QR code at your counter or from your own social accounts, pick a voucher, enter their phone number and confirm an SMS code, pay, and get the voucher link and QR straight away.

Your voucher can also appear in the Giftu app catalog alongside the rest — but it is never published without your agreement and our team’s approval.

Nobody types a code by hand — not you, not us. And a code sitting in your stock does nothing until it is sold, so a leaked one is worthless.

Two steps to redeem

Verify, then confirm — by the owner or a cashier. Repeated wrong attempts are locked out automatically.

See each voucher’s history, re-send the link to a customer, void one with a logged reason, extend the expiry (extend only, never shorten), add cashier accounts, and follow your monthly earnings.
