How to redeem

• You must have the latest version of the Almosafer app to be able to use your Wallet. • Sign in to your account on the Almosafer app or website and make sure it is verified. • On the app: Go to the "Add points to your Wallet" section under Wallet in "Profile". • On the web: Go to the "Add & Earn Points" section under Wallet in "My Account". • Choose the option to use a Wallet points code and submit your unique voucher code. • You will receive the points in your Almosafer Wallet within 60 minutes of submission and can then redeem them on bookings. • Wallet points can be redeemed across all Almosafer KSA omni-channel touchpoints, including the website, app, call centre, WhatsApp, and retail branches.
