How to redeem

• Visit https://www.firstcry.sa/ and create a new account. • Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. • Go to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. • Select the "Apply Gift Certificate" option. • Enter your eGift Card code in the designated field, then click "Apply" to activate the card. • Complete your purchase after applying the eGift Card value. Terms & Conditions: • The eGift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. • The card can be used only once for a single purchase, and any remaining balance will be forfeited after the purchase is completed. • If the order value exceeds the card value, the remaining amount can be paid using another available payment method. • Multiple eGift Cards cannot be combined in a single invoice. • The eGift Card can be used together with vouchers or promotional codes, subject to the merchant's terms. • Once issued, the card cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended, or refunded. • Returns or exchanges of products purchased using the card are subject to the merchant's applicable return and exchange policy. • The merchant is solely responsible for the products and services provided when using the eGift Card.
