How to redeem

• The IKEA eGift Card can only be used for online purchases on the IKEA Oman website. • Add items to basket. • Proceed to checkout. • Enter or select your delivery address. • Enter or select your delivery date and time. • Proceed to payment. • Enter the 16-digit Gift Card number in the Gift Card no space. • Click Check. • Enter PIN and amount . • Click Redeem. • enter credit card details to pay Balance amount. • Click Pay . Terms & Conditions: • The eGift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. • The eGift Card can be used to purchase discounted products. • The eGift Card can be used for full or partial payment and can be used multiple times until the balance reaches zero. • The eGift Card can only be loaded once and cannot be topped up. • The eGift Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, returned, or refunded, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. This also applies to expired eGift Cards. • If the eGift Card is lost, IKEA cannot block or cancel it and will not be responsible for any transactions made using a lost or stolen eGift Card. • To redeem the eGift Card, the customer must enter or provide the Card number and PIN at checkout. • As the eGift Card is transferable, no one is responsible for checking ownership of the eGift Card before accepting it during online redemption. • Online customers can pay part of the total purchase value using the eGift Card and the remaining amount using a credit or debit card. Cash on delivery will not be available for purchases where part payment is made using an eGift Card. • Refunds for merchandise purchased using the eGift Card will be provided in the form of a refund card only. All refunds are subject to IKEA's official Refund Policy, which may change from time to time. • Once issued, the eGift Card cannot be cancelled, exchanged, extended, or refunded and is subject to the merchant's terms and conditions. • Items purchased using the eGift Card are refundable in accordance with the merchant's refund and exchange policy.
