How to redeem

• If you do not have an active account,download the Jahez app from Google Play or the Apple App Store. You can then register and log in to start using the app. • Open the Jahez app • Go to your profile and select “Prime” • Tap on “Redeem Code” • Enter the voucher code provided Terms & Conditions: • The card is valid for 12 months • The subscription will be activated based on the code’s assigned duration. • Each voucher is valid for one-time use only • Vouchers are valid for the specified duration only (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) • eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant. • Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant.
