How to redeem

• Log in or create an account on webtsite • Go to ‘Account’ and select ‘Wallet’. • Click on ‘Redeem Gift Card’. • Enter your 16-digit Gift Card number and 4-digit PIN. • Click ‘Apply’. • The amount will be added to your Namshi Credits balance. Terms & Conditions: • 1-This eGift Card must be redeemed within 3 months from purchase date. • 2-This eGift Card has to be used at https://en-sa.namshi.com/stores • 3-This eGift Card has to be used to top up your Namshi wallet to purchase any product on Namshi's platform. • 4-To redeem this eGift Card: Go to My Account > Select "My Credit" > Click on "Add Gift Card" > Enter the code > You account will be topped up. • 5-Namshi applies a surcharge of SAR 30 for delivery of orders below SAR 200. This amount will not be deducted from the eGift Card, and an alternate payment method must be used to pay this amount. Orders above SAR 200 are delivered for free by Namshi. • 6-Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.
