How to redeem

• Only redeemable in-store at REDTAG and not accepted online on our website or mobile app. Terms & Conditions: • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. • The eGift Card is redeemable only in the country for which it was purchased. • Please visit the following link to check the available stores: https://sa.redtagfashion.com/pages/store-locator. • The eGift Card balance shown on the card represents the balance available at the time of purchase. • The current balance and validity of the eGift Card can be checked online at https://www.redtagfashion.com or at any REDTAG store in the country for which it was purchased. • This eGift Card is valid for purchases up to the full value loaded and can be redeemed multiple times before expiry until the entire balance has been consumed. • If the purchase value exceeds the value of the eGift Card, the remaining amount must be paid by the customer. • This eGift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. • The eGift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card. • REDTAG does not accept responsibility or liability for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or unauthorized use of this eGift Card. • In case of a refund or exchange of merchandise, REDTAG's refund and exchange policy applies. • Once issued, eGift Cards cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended, or refunded and are subject to the merchant's terms and conditions. • Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable according to the merchant's refund and exchange policy.
