How to redeem

• After selecting items click on “Checkout”. • Enter eGift Card details under Gift Card. • Enter eGift Card number and PIN and click “Apply” to redeem the eGift Card. Terms and Conditions: • Valid for 12 months from purchase date. • The eGift cards are not valid outside of KSA. • Only One eGift card be redeemed in a single transaction. • These eGift cards may be redeemed on SHEIN to purchase products and services. • eGift cards can be redeemed partially and the remaining balance stays on the eGift card for future use until the expiry of the card. • You may enter the eGift card number and PIN number when you are checking out. The amount will be deducted from the eGift card. If the payable balance is more than the balance on the eGift card, you may select other payment methods to pay for the remaining amount. • You may check your eGift card balance in your SHEIN account. • How to check the balance of the gift card in the app. • Go to 'Me' ----'Gift Card'---- Enter gift card password and pin. • The balance in your eGift card may be used on SHEIN to purchase products and services. The eGift card balance cannot be withdrawn for cash. • SHEIN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized eGift cards. • If an order is paid by an eGift card and a refund was requested, the portion paid by the eGift card will be returned to the eGift card. • Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.
